I got functional program in a few iterations - me giving broad descriptions in a prompt, ChatGPT fill in blanks. Of course, it didn't cover corner cases by itself and some parts of code were very inefficient.
So, it can be used as assistant but if someone already know how to code (in abstract sense but also knowing some programming language) ChatGPT becomes only glorified code completion tool.
