Not much. Few rigs can be enough. The problem is electricity price here. Its absurdly high compared to stranded energy source places.
I wanted to make PoC on a river power generator. But the owner didnt want to :)
You need a contract idealy arround 1.1-1.5 czk per kwh. And then some stuff for rig repair and housing. But that can be DIY made :)
