Honestly no idea on the qwen issue. I just looked up "qwen" in the cline repo and there is some talk about qwen models... but didn't find the error matching your error.
We've found that cline is a complex and inconsistent beast at times. But when it does work, it's very helpful. Sonnet3.5 is the most consistent, but it does get expensive.

I tried Deepseek the other day and it just hangs. If you go to Cline github you will see many deepseek issues. I haven't tried Qwen yet. Please let me know how it goes.

You can actually use Cline with any of our text models, we just haven't updated the API page yet. To find the syntax of whatever model you want to try, run it in the UI and then go to account activity:
