Ngl As fucked up as America is when it comes to politics/corporatism, big pharma, messed up monetary policies, societal divides and dying empire vibes...due to the sheer land mass - it still comes across as the land of the free compared to the UK, there's still areas where you can buy land, break ground, build something to live in, have a well drilled, put up solar, do the homestead thing. Yeah, there's many areas with stricter rules (national parks etc) but you can't do shit in the UK without planning permission, building regulations and you're never really that remote, even if you live in the countryside a new housing estate could pop up even on so called 'Greenbelt land' and don't get me started when it comes to owning guns or hunting, can't even have 3inch blade in the UK if it locks 🤡😂

How long before they make it a criminal offence to question the official narrative of 911? Most people are starting to wake up to the idea that it was an inside job.
It's often painful to watch that TV programme Homestead Rescue, clueless muppets buy land only to turn it into a muddy shithole, covered in animal waste, rickety fencing made out of pallets, everything covered over with rotten ripped tarps, shitty timber shacks with no foundations, no plumbing/running water and no power.
It's easy to be critical from an armchair but it's not hard nowadays to research things and if you want modern conveniences you're still gonna need some big $$$ to get everything set up right. 
This is the shit they're building everywhere in the UK and often after bulldozing greenbelt land, maybe some people aren't bothered about gardens, greenery, privacy & some breathing room between your neighbours but it looks soul crushing to me.

Are there other people out there who want to buy stuff like this? Just need the shop space, 3 phase electrical supply and be able to afford switching it on considering the energy prices nowadays. This one's only a baby with a 3'6" arm and 3mt chuck but it'd sure be a step up from out of square holes with a 18v cordless 😂 On some models you can reduce the speed by a factor of 4 for tapping, maybe these are seen as obsolete with cnc but the power & torque would be all there. When used for general drilling you've got the flexibility of clamping the workpiece and moving the drill head around into various places.
