Good morning nostrworld! My coffee sure does taste good this morning, and I'm sippin on it while I plan my day. Its still dark outside, and I wonder how the rooster knows when to start crowing. Does he hear other roosters in the distance? Or maybe he has an internal alarm clock that triggers him to crow.

I ordered an automatic door opener/closer for the chicken coop. Mainly because it will free us up to leave for a couple days at a time and not worry about them.
