The music AI thing has me philosophizing about it the last months. I started practicing the drums when drum computers became popular. 25 years later it’s still a magically fulfilling craft for me. Regardless of the tech that exists that can also do it. There is a natural proof of work in the craft of an artist now that I think of it. When a computer does it, there are a lot less layers to appreciate.

One thing that does get me extremely enthusiastic is to be able to jam with and learn from sophisticated avatars of the best musicians ever. What do you think that will feel like? I really think this would be a step change in how easily people can practice music and explore far and wide.

I was thinking more from a miners point of view. If you could combine the two functions on site (different hardware). I’m looking for a model where this combination could be leveraged at cheap energy sites like a massive dam. I.e. btc mining for the energy portion that needs flexible deployment and AI training or inference for the portion that definitely wont be used for a specific stretch of time. Do you see any of these ideas or in-depth overviews of the problems associated?

A, gotcha! That makes sense. Working on some apps myself. You seem to be further in the direction for this idea though: whats keeping us from porting the content of big accounts on x to Nostr? Could even be made with the option for the actual person to claim the accounts. I’d be curious why this wouldn’t work

I thought it looked very cool with the bone. Then found out it would never fit in any grill I have so ended up sawing some of the bone off.

Found it a bit scary but this worked great: 4 mins high fire both sides and extra grill on the fat. 2 min baste in butter, garlic and onions and 25 mins in the oven take it out at 56 degrees C core temperature and presto!
