Anyone else seeing 'Database closed error' and 'InvalidStateError' on Snort.social? It happens as I login and click the home/global feed button on top.

Also astral.ninja works but it’s slow and hamstr.to works fast and good over TOR.

Hey! πŸ‘‹

Hey! πŸ‘‹

Nice to know!

Also, no for WOS you you just need the wallet installed on your phone. They make use of the livingroomofsatoshi.com domain (which they own) for the callback URL. I'll make sure to update and mention this in the guide as the domain can get confusing.

Agreed πŸ€™βš‘οΈ

Glad you found it helpful! Did you end up setting up with WOS, Alby or any other provider?

πŸ”₯πŸ€™ Nice!

Good night πŸŒ™πŸ˜΄ Nostriches!

But I think it needs to be done from the web browser. I wonder if the android app works like how Damus does or if it’s a wrapper.

You can use a Nostr extension like getlaby or Nos2x to login without entering your private key πŸ”‘ on the web client.

Hamstr.to’s UI looks very similar to Twitter.

You could setup WireGuard VPN, SSH tunneling, Nebula, Netbird, Tailscale with Headscale or innernet. Most of these can function as a mesh network and connect devices you have access to using NAT traversal.

GM, talking about it! πŸ€™πŸ€™

If you’re self checking out, are you tipping yourself? πŸ˜‚

Testing 'Block' feature on iris.to to block #[0]. I see the kind 16462 with the encrypted content as expected.

Authortization event:

However, every time I visit that users profile it asks me to sign an authorization event again before I can see 'blocked' active. Sometimes it takes a while to show 'Blocked' status. So far, even after blocking the user can see my posts, comment and like. I can also see the users post.

Yes, I have a Lightning node running for private channels and transactions. But I think with satdress (federated Lightning address) or bridgeaddr I could set one up and write a guide for it later. LNBits also simplifies this and I agree it’s good to self host it and add many extensions, including the Lightning address and NIP-05 market.
