Yes, multiple ways to do this you could follow my [guide](https://orangepill.dev/bitcoin-guides/guide-to-create-lnaddress-redirection-on-your-domain/) to setup Lightning address redirection using the same NIP-05 address to your actual lightning address.
Or, you could set one up using your own node with LNbits, [Federated bridgeaddr](https://bridgeaddr.fiatjaf.com/) or Satdress.

Correct, however, it is Damus that calls it 'Delete'. Might be an iOS thing. Would be nice to rename it to unblock.

It I think it would be nice to show the unblock button on the users profile too.
Click your profile icon on Damus on top left > blocked > delete blocked user by swiping left.
