Sure, I don't run an organization but it isn't much of a cost to me. The domain costs about $10 a year and the server currently costs about $5-10 a month depending on use. I currently don't charge for any service, but folks are generous enough here to tip me.
My main intention is to help onboard folks on Nostr, share my knowledge and assist them with their Lightning or Nostr setup. Probably when the paid relay by Nostream is out I could create a paid service, but even there my goal is to just keep spam away.
What client are you using, where are you seeing this and how many relays are you connected to?
Could be that the post failed to load from a relay or you may not be connected to the relay in which that post for published.
