This weekend I’ll be attending a course to get my state Safe Mushroom Forager certification. 🍄
There is tree shade as well but it gets hot and humid.
No electricity where my chicken coop is so I set up solar to run a box fan with a battery to also run at night. Now, I have to figure out the best way to install in the coop.

Labor is a huge issue. I can’t find reliable help. Jeff is supposed to be patrolling the raised beds for insects but instead I caught him camouflaged agaInst the brick of the house napping! 
I had jury duty today. This was the book I was reading waiting to be called. 👀🤣

Leafy greens are coming along! Romaine lettuce, Swiss chard and kale. 
I germinated so many Carolina Reapers that I’m expecting a huge supply this summer. I’ll be selling them fresh (picked, packed and shipped the same day) as well as freeze dried.
