3) Maintain a paper trail by keeping appropriate records of financial transactions
$10,000 in 1970 was the equivalent of almost $80,000 today
What does this mean?
The Bank Secrecy Act is being used to surveil smaller and smaller transactions
Since the value of the US Dollar has dropped, transactions that are $10,000 or more are becoming more common.
