My intention last year was to work solely on a #Bitcoin podcast, now that the year has passed I’ve decided to divert my attention more towards a broader scope of issues and subjects, that’s not to say I won’t be mentioning the matters that are discussed here on #Nostr , but I feel like as a society for us to gain better understanding we need to grasp a wider range topics with informative and unbiased opinions, without being sucked into our own little echo chamber and bubble.

I avoid it by meditating for the first 30 minutes each day and strive to not look at email social media or news in the morning. It definitely helps.

Watching movies and shitposting on Nostr at work all day was exhausting.

Now I can relax and watch movies and shitpost on Nostr at home.
