I drew that yellow line back in early 2022 before the Fed started raising interest rates.
I didn't think at the time that the 1 yr retrun on US tresuries would be at 5%.
But here we are, with the Fed creating leg room for another 5% future cut in interest rates.
With bitcoin comfortably at 24K and the halving around the corner, this is going to be 🔥
The return on 10 Year JGB (Japan government bond) has been hitting recent all time high 6 days in a row.
Yields go up, assets including bonds crater.
Try to take gas out of interest rates, the yen weakens.
