An interesting point one of the speakers made yesterday at SXSW is that the amount of clinical information available currently doubles every 73 days and that pace is increasing, so how will healthcare providers manage the volume of clinical information being produced 5-10 years from now? I think it should involve AI sorting through, organizing, and citing studies in an accurate way that is not currently available in the United States, so it’s important that more doctors are involved in the development of medical information related LLMs.
