It's a platform with true freedom of speech because it's decentralized and no government can sue the company behind it because there is no 👀
Nostr is the libertarian network many of us waited so long for.
In our modern society they claim freedom of speech but is it true?
During the pandemic it was so obvious that there isn't true freedom of speech in most "democratic" countries anymore:
Unpopular opinions got cancelled and protestors and donors where declared as terrorists to engender getting their bank accounts frozen.
IS THIS REAL FREEDOM OF SPEECH ?
I don't think so and many others neither.
You can't cancel somebodys opinion on nostr just because you don't like it. Even if you don't like somebodys opinion you have to tolerate it. That is true freedom of speech and nostr gives us this opportunity. There is no political agenda and i love it 🧡
