Timing is key. I do fast much better when I an not having to be present, and on tap, on my feet for hours at a time. Plus. I am riding my bike 8 miles a day in the heat on top of it. Just too much for my age.

TIL that fasting on the day before and day of a farmers market isn’t my best move. I could’ve eaten random insects by the time my goal was reached. The heat made it worse. I have done 3 day fasts like a breeze but this 24 hour water fast kicked really my tail. Hot, sweaty, exhausted, and whiny. Not my favorite result.
