Firefox appears to have some kind of bug where if you leave a tab too long it will still display the content but I clicking on links does nothing

My sleep schedule switched to early mornings (which is great) so I should have left for the supermarket at 7h, instead I woke up at 10h and I won’t be leaving for another two hours when the temperature is going to be in the 30s instead of barely 20s 2/2
I was really enjoying the dream I was having, and with nothing else to do, I slept for 12 hours 🤷
