Here in Turkey, we’re also dealing with censorship, so have some experience with it. If you need to access for anything, changing DNS would be enough.
They cannot censor on WiFis simultaneously since they’re censoring with DNS poisoning (probably). If you use a different DNS, you can use X without having a VPN.
