I used to be a huge rental estate rental person. Watched hundreds of Bigger Pockets pods and books and hours. Until I learned about the interior interworkings of the system, learned about bitcoin, etc. Figured out I was reinforcing the very thing I didn't like by partaking and rent seeking or being a rent seeker. I have since 2019 been putting much of my focus into bitcoin and spending more time in that realm. I am offloading as well, transferring the energy into something harder, more transportable, immutable. No work orders and frozen pipes either.

With that being said, mining fiat helps you stack sats. Figure out your own systems to be able to stack sats however you can in a fashion that best suites you. Become more of a net producer than net consumer. The money feels better (at least to me). AMA if you have any.

We have not adopted a puppy since 2001. We adopt adult rescue dogs, primarily Boxers. There are advantages. Adult dogs are past the chewing up your stuff phase. Adult dogs are generally past the "110 M/KPH " activity phase. If, like us, you adopt senior adults, they are even more sedate.
