Some relays are private or paid, but it's usually the clients that don't have the option to upload images. Keep in mind that this platform is different from X. There are no farming algorithms here, so you'll only be seen by your followers or by those who find your content through hashtags. I highly recommend using hashtags, especially in the beginning.
I also recommend creating a Satoshi wallet if you don't have one yet.
