Fiat hammer-heads only see fiat problems (e.g. militarization in Mexico). I know a couple of very good intellectuals that are moving to Spain.
However, they don’t realize about Spain non-fiat problems (e.g. staggering and unplayable public debt). Have they done, they have remained in Mexico.
A book that offers “how to” advice is usually noise.
An “expert” advancing policy is most likely a charlatan selling some type of snake oil.
A true thinker gives you the tools to understand the current events. But no policy advice usually comes from there.

From a legal perspective you would need and offer and an acceptance. Therefore, when do you get your sats and under what conditions. Is it similar to a beauty contest? Is it a public tender? Is it under a first come first served basis?

If you think about it, heretics understand we’ll both the waning and emerging times. So much so that in the Renaissance, they were priests and monks (rank and file of the old church). Now, they tend to be public officials.
