Very grateful that I had the opportunity to connect on a deep level with real friends at Nostriami.
Soon after landing in Miami, I found myself at a taco place full of friends from Nostrica (thanks to nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424). This is where I finally got to meet nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn in the flesh. The mustache is even more impressive in real life.
The next morning was breakfast with nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft and nostr:npub1zuuajd7u3sx8xu92yav9jwxpr839cs0kc3q6t56vd5u9q033xmhsk6c2uc. We immediately picked up where we left off from Nostrica, like it was just yesterday.
There was some Bitcoin themed corporate sales event happening in Miami at the same time as Nostriami so we decided to go and have a look. It was exactly as expected, but what **no one** expected was nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z - too weird to live, too rare to die, too awesome to ignore.
That night, Uncle nostr:npub1j8y6tcdfw3q3f3h794s6un0gyc5742s0k5h5s2yqj0r70cpklqeqjavrvg organized a beach party. There was no music but there were good vibrations coming from sleepy, utxo, tico, island and a light show by nostr:npub1csamkk8zu67zl9z4wkp90a462v53q775aqn5q6xzjdkxnkvcpd7srtz4x9 .
This is also where I got to meet Chako, and found out he's only 15! I left the beach early to make sure I got enough sleep for something very awesome happening the next day.
The Bitcoin themed conference provided a room out the back somewhere for real Bitcoin stuff, and uncle rockstar went on stage to talk about nostr with Pablo and Will. Some other guy was there too but he didn't say anything.
Later in the day nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx talked about rabbits digging holes or something.
Karaoke happened that night.
On the final day, we had a meetup / hackathon demo day at a local pub, was great fun!

1. Easy integration with alby.
2. Donate is weaved into this and the star color is linked to your profile..
3. Easy tap to cancel
I don't like
1. Only alby integration works. Too hard to use other wallet connect to scan QR code
2. Damus donation star is proprietary and only visible in Damus. Convert into NIP-58 badge so that profile can display their gold star status on other Apps as well.
that is why we have NIP-58 badges. pls implement that so that they are viewable in other clients as well..!

also it is confusing to show the relay name instead of wallet name. you should NIP 05 the wallet pubkey and show that to be clear if the user wants to attach..!

all good. still need a input box to accept the connect string..! this is easier to copy/paste than scan QR code when both apps are on the same phone..!
ok found the issue. qr code expects the string to start with nostrwalletconnect:// where as the spec says nostr+walletconnect://
+ is missing..this is the issue..!
ok. let me check again and report back.
NIP-47 spec has only 3 inputs. Wallet pubkey, relay and secret. Since secret itself is a private key, you can always get pub key from it. Also instead of showing the relay name, you should NIP05 the wallet pub key and display it. 
damus wallet connect scan QR code expects pubkey as query string which is not in the spec.!
Also the name of the wallet is defaulted with relay url.
