The ethos of my existence is about encouragement, altruism, community upliftment, and being an inspiration. How can I impact others if I don’t have that have self confidence? So enough of trying to deem my light.

I’m humble and confident, the two coexist within me in tandem. I’m also transparent and vulnerable about my strengths and weaknesses. But I would not perform what your perception of what humility is, acting aloof or self deprecating to make certain people feel better.

God forbid a black girl is confident in trying something impactful in technology and happens to be good-looking and pulled together. Then it’s 'it’s not the sexy businesses that make the most money.' Mtchew. Anything I do is sexy; it doesn’t impact the viability of the idea or business. If I need to make adjustments communicate that and leave my attractiveness alone.

As a founder, I dislike when people tell me things like 'nobody would do or give me xyz,' particularly pertaining to money, especially if it’s not immoral or illegal. Those limitations you’ve put on me are not my reality!
