Don't see a lot of gas guzzlers in Kiev, but that one time savings is but a pittance when you consider a year's worth of fuel. Small-ish cars don't hold a lot of fuel, so it's even less lucrative. And someone that is really desperate for cash can't afford to be filling 55 gallon drums.

The odds of bloody retribution are low. It's not like they're going to spend every waking moment planning how they're going to eviscerate you. I mean, nobody swears vengeance over something measly like twenty bucks. Right? Right?? [nervous laughter]
