so, finally get the cramp problem sorted out and now i have this funny fungal infection around my knees and feet

hopefully this will resolve soon, i have no idea what is going on, i understand that tinea is often a symptom of a busted immune system which wouldn't surprise me... and i have added some things to my routine recently that involve sugars, which i know can make yeasts go a bit ballistic, and it's quite warm, damp weather lately

i hope it will go away soon

i so want to go to a dry, dusty place as soon as i can manage, this damp warm environment is not good for me right now
