This signals that TH couldn't built a strong defense against Nintendo's lawsuits that didn't accuse the existence of the emulator itself.

However, I bring this as an issue because I have kinda of a PTSD on being layoff (my first pro job at what I studied to add to the injury) back in Oct 2020 because of the pandemic and IT SUCKS people losing their jobs because doofus-ness of companies.
Officially, #EpicGames has found NO evidence of a ransomware group claiming hacking their servers & stealing 189GB of data including email, passwords, names, payment info, source code & more.
They are still investigating as a precaution.
