Not sure about Astral. On Iris.to you got this options:
In some clients you can re-broadcast it to more relays, or others can do it for you (bots?)
On Astral.nina you can see which relays picked it up.
I got some questions about this to. The feed is so fast. Whenever it is re-broadcasted to more relays it's already old news. Got a feeling I miss alot this way or others miss my post..
Yeah all seems ok. I still can see your notification, so if you did not change anything it should be ok. Astral is running very slow for me also!

How to get a public key with your chosen word in it (vanity key):
1. Install rust (tutorial: https://www.rust-lang.org/tools/install)

3. Install rana (https://github.com/grunch/rana)
Follow rana instructions.
