They can do the same thing to BTC, driving the price down by shorting more futures contracts than there is BTC. If they had to buy BTC to settle those trades, it would be different, but paper will be available and used. I've seen data that Deutsche Bank alone is carrying 5 times the GDP of Germany in gold short futures. That's twice the GDP of the EU. If the futures were settled in physical gold, the price would go straight up to who knows where. But it won't be. It's a FED/WEF/IMF/Rothschild/Davos game. BTC ETFs are not a healthy investment for free market capitalists.

I' ve got questions about a business using LN.. So the owner needs to open a payment chanel with someone. Could it just be a customer? Are there Node runners who advertise for businesses to work with them? I suppose the owner doesn't need to operate his own node or need inbound liquidity if he's not sending through transactions? Then the other question. At closing time, you'd need to close the payment chanel, if you want your profits in your pocket, right? Seems saving credit card fees the business is charged could be a pretty good incentive to use LN

Have you seen the computerized chessboard? As you touch a piece, the chessboard lights up to show the moves the piece is able to make, and color rates the best move for a particular situation.. Pretty cool.

I want to see someone develop a Client focusing on a place to go to vote. Elections need private/public keys.. One private key, one person. Maybe link in with the DMV for the initial database in each State? How many people don't have computers in this day? Or mobile phones? Not many.
