Just pushed an update for it. Refresh or close the app and reopen it for the new version. Should typically never have a channel closure due to fee again.
I think we just figured out the fix for this one. Thanks for the screenshot! Will try to get an update out soon. Another channel close issue should soon be squashed. Loving the testing!
New version of Mutiny is released! This fixes problems around fee rate, deleting state, and a new emergency mode that pops up when the node stops responding.
If you see errors such as sends/receives not working, or the activity list is not responding, then try to load up the settings page. If it fails to load after 10 seconds, the emergency mode pops up.
Sometimes simply exporting state and importing again will fix some problems. But you can also export logs to share with us so we can further diagnose.
In the future, if the error is due to bad lightning channel state, we will give you the option to force close your channels via static channel backup.
Over the last few weeks, we've knocked out many instances of bad channel states happening but it's still possible it's not perfect. Every report and log goes a long way in helping us doing something that's never been done before on the web.
The feedback this week has been great, all of these fixes is because of you all. Keep up the good testing and don't put too many funds on here yet!

The LSP opens with an extra 100k sats as well to minimize needing it too much. Some experimentation could happen in the future to better estimate the amount. And it takes advantage of all of the channels when receiving payments (Phoenix has struggled with that for multipart payments).
That may fluctuate over time with fee rate changes.
It's in advanced settings in the debug part. Amethyst and the test flight of Damus support NWC. I'm sure others do as well.
