Rebuilding infrastructure for production and training people is something that's estimated to even take 5 to 10 years and it's better done with a solid plan. They don't have plan. In other words I'm sceptical. But as I said it's happening so let's observe
I suppose with the dismantling of various institutions in the US we can mark this point of time as a moment when a dystopian future known to us from sci-fi stories has finally arrived
