kinda seems like it, this is usually were all the druggies hang out and I walked for a few blocks in each direction, the streets are clean and they're all gone. Just happy families going out to dinner and such. Is America Great Again? Already?!
I went to a 7/11 in the bad part of town and there is no one at all loitering outside or in the near by sidewalks and area. Highly unusual.
