i decided that using nostr to log in to connect4.xyz is kinda annoying, for posting the result it is great, but it adds some friction. I can just get the user to type in their lightning address instead of requesting it from relays/browser extensions.

to keep the users session, i will generate a nostr key that is stored in the local browser, which is fine as its only ever used for connect4 games and it doesnt matter if you lose it.

this way the user will always be able to go back to a game they disconnected from or want to play later, by using the local nsec in their browser.

if they want to post the result to nostr then they will use a browser extension to do so until better methods are supported, or they can copy paste the result in to w/e nostr client they are using.
