Yea dude it is misleading. All I can do is assure you that it will free up and you will be able to move it. The issue is with the legacy banking system taking a long time to settle for your fiat transfer to River to buy the bitcoin. They keep your btc locked until the fiat transfer clears then it is yours to do with what you want.
