if you don't have a lot of followers, then you don't have a lot of people to see your content to engage with you. there are no algos to bring that content forward for your followers. pair that with posting infrequently and it's a recipe for disaster.

Data has been "the new oil" for large tech companies for a while. They're getting rich building massive data models on using data that people freely provide to them in exchange for their services. Open protocols allow users to take back control and puts users in charge of their data. Nostr allows us to all be in charge of our own social graph. This is why I'm so bullish on Nostr. It's game changing.
