The quoted text was a general concept and likely a shit post I could do without posting. But the below is the resulting clickbait, comment/engage marketing that we know and love. I did update some of the details because it sounded like nonsense with the things it said (mainly up vs down at prices and related ideas of buy the "coming dips" that required you to try to unravel sense from it, similar to Kamala without a teleprompter or Trump talking about crypto or his new defi things, but at least he is learning some lessons, I think, IDFK, who cares. Politics suck, it is a historic constant.

I have been on #nostr only a few months. I have been trying to wrap my head around the tech aspects of it in the same time.

I am building out a few sites with existing projects to hopefully expand the network and implement more relays and portals for users to access.

I come from an enterprise knowledge management background and spent many years managing and deploying large scale infrastructure for private equity platforms on top name brands and am hoping to bring some of that knowledge and expertise to deploying sovereign minded infrastructure that I host and grow over time.

In that same vein, I need to engage with those users that can assist me in filling in some knowledge gaps and help me round out my ability to mold these things into useful tools.

I am more of a devops or systems engineer and not really a full on developer, so I tend to look for existing stacks that I can implement and potentially customize along the way as needed.

I left the corporate world in 2018 and I have been on a journey of trying to build things I can call my own and be proud of versus trying to build and maintain things that are someone else’s cash cows. It has been a long and hard road of doing so and I am just now starting to get some major traction on trying to implement various things. I do need to monetize some aspects of these offerings, but I also want to provide infrastructure that is reliable and appealing to users.

In that journey, I am looking to be able to discover and discuss many of the new and emerging implementations on nostr, lightning and bitcoin. These things are sometimes difficult learning curves and having the ability to discuss and discover them amongst educated and knowledgeable individuals is crucial to avoiding major pitfalls.

It is not about the likes and zaps for me, it is about engaging discussions and the ability to collaborate and communicate with other like minded and variant individuals about topics that can help drive the discussion and ecosystem.

I try to also engage with the content and discussion that others share, but it is also nice to be able to have engaging discussions on your own posts and content.

Likes and zaps do not really do this, but do drive up the visibility to non- followers via the feed mechanisms, but I want to build a following to talk with not to seek likes and zaps.

Sharing thoughts and gathering feedback is critical to expanding one’s understanding of topics and community.

I will continue to keep engaging and working to expand my network of connections and community, but I am really hoping to find individuals that are looking for similar outcomes without spending a year or so essentially posting thoughts and questions to basically myself, when I feel that there are many that would engage in the discussion if it crossed their feeds.

I am trying to get to a point where I have time to build out several pet projects for nostr and a podcast studio in a barn I have to build, but the bills just keep coming. Also trying to balance spending time with mom, who has late stage stomach and bone cancer. Luckily she has made it longer than doctors expected.
