GM, it's early on a Monday Morning getting ready for a 3am shift in the shop. it's 54° here with low humidity, couldn't ask for a better Morning.
As I've been dealing with a medical issue these past 2 weeks, it's brought me into the hospital on a daily basis for the last 2 weeks. I'm absolutely astounded at how unhealthy even our health care workers are, sugar, sugar everywhere. It really has become sick care. I'll stick to an Animal based diet over the SAD diet anyday.
