I am officially a 35K finisher
Last weekend, I ran a local 35K trail race- and it was amazing!!!
I had been training for 8 weeks for this race. And course is tough; steep climbs, ancient ruins, sheer cliffs, 42 degrees heat 🥵 At that point my saliva glands literally stop working (sadly)
I thought I might faint at the finish line… but nooo! I crossed the finish line strong, proud and smiling :) I even beat most of my male training partners.
And I finished 2nd overall!!!!
