Mt. Gox has moved 12,000 BTC, equivalent to $709 million, to an unknown address. In another transfer, they sent 1,264 BTC ($74 million).
💰These moves come as the exchange continues to repay its creditors affected by the 2014 hack.

BOLT11
BOLTs (Basis of Lightning Technology) are the documents that define the protocol specification for all Lightning implementations to communicate and interact.
The BOLT11 invoice specifies what is needed to complete the payment on the Lightning Network. Invoices are encoded using bech32 encoding, which is a checksum algorithm with the ability to detect errors.
The payment must be made within a stipulated time from when the Lightning invoice is due, and the same invoice must not be paid more than once because the first payment will have revealed the secret (preimage) to the participants in the payment path.
Over time, BOLT11 has presented deficiencies in the bill, which gives way to BOLT12.

🔵 The price of bitcoin forms a "symmetrical triangle" pattern. This anticipates an imminent breakout and the following movements would determine whether it is upward or downward.
🔵 Bitcoin is already present in most of the large hedge funds in the US. These investment funds collectively manage about 50,000 BTC.
🔵 Commissions on Ethereum mark their lowest in 5 years. Recent updates have lowered rates, although this could also be interpreted as a drop in network usage.
🔵 The United States reviews the concept of money to include bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. The Treasury Department plans to modify the Bank Secrecy Act to include cryptocurrencies.
