Now that X is in the AI training data game and every tweet is part of their proprietary dataset nostr has a change to become the open-source alt for AI as well.

We just need to start flood the relays with all types of feeds from the rest so you can follow people without going elsewhere.

For example, in the EU you cannot access Threads but there are some people who are only posting there and if you want to follow them converting the feed to RSS and piping to Nostr gives at least view access if not write permission.

You can log off from Meta but not the EU

“That Meta can execute such obvious dodges of data protection in Europe should be an embarrassment in a region that prides itself on being a rule-maker not a rule taker, as the Brussels lawmakers like to say.”

It’s a bad year if you hear a dial-up modem booting up your connection.

How about using your voice in the message?

Using async voice messages carry more info than pure text. You hear the other person and it’s also harder to be angry based on my experience with https://www.getairchat.com/ this year.

What happened in #nostrasia did not stay in #nostrasia

Even you fall asleep when mentioning protocol 😂

When do we see a nostr app category where the users don’t know they are using nostr.

A real sign of nostr maturity.

Sounds like a micro-app / feature: is this nostr app ✅

This is mental, and not just with 42m views

Thanks for the great update!

Would it make sense to allow mixing the article and normal note feeds together? I forget to open the article tab, and the regular feed has already extremely long notes (e.g. Nostr Report),

"TASS covered all this in too much detail and promptly. Some kind of insanity has happened to them. They have forgotten that their main task is not to report the news."
