Proverbs 10:14 NKJV — Wise people store up knowledge,

But the mouth of the foolish is near destruction.

But love covers all sins.

But violence covers the mouth of the wicked.

Not sure if the wise are able follow commands...but they do receive them...which is better than the fool.

Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
