that’s okay I just wanted to supply you a pic of baby molly with life jacket! 🥰

Cave in Krabi, Thailand

I stayed in hostels for the first time ever this weekend. Just chatted with some Swedish folks working abroad who are in my same room. Definitely a bit uncomfy rooming with strangers but that’s the sacrifice you’ve gotta make to pay $8 a night and explore some of the coolest ocean and jungle in Thailand on a budget. Real pics coming when I’m back in bangkok with my cameras uploading cord. #Krabi

my school is a jungle!!

University of Mahidol, Bangkok

Still waiting to see my first monkey…

Feeling homesick for my family and for my friends who feel like family… but the Thai locals are so incredibly welcoming and there are lots of exchange students in the same boat who I just haven’t gotten to know super well yet. Trying to exercise some patience and an open mind about the transition. First day of school tomorrow 📚

First couple days in Thailand have been nuts. It’s hotter than I could’ve imagined but many people have said your body adjusts overtime. Went to temples today that truly explained what “ornamental” as a descriptor means. Impressive architecture with pure gold and fine detail that stretched for half a mile or more. #bangkok

Thanks drew!!

dogstr!

9 goldens in a truck bed, can’t get much better than that.

coolest chandelier ever at my cousins’ work! ☕️☕️☕️☕️

I went downtown to get coffee today with a childhood hockey friend who’s about to leave for college. When we said “we’ll stay in touch, see you at Christmas!” I had no doubts this would be true. We stopped into a little shop on church street where I picked up postcards to send to a friend of mine in Denver and one in New Zealand. The morning sun and temperature were perfect, and on the drive home I found myself feeling grateful for the place I’m from, and for friendships that endure across continents and across decades.

fun elevation gain and billygoat activities with you!

That’s my dog and she sure is cute!!

had a nice day today that started early - climbing gym and coffee with my bro. Then I hiked solo at an old favorite spot, Stowe pinnacle. In my free time I sometimes find it hard to get out and hike despite it being a favorite hobby of mine - its easy to be discouraged by rain, grey days, smoke, lack of friends and family to go with due to varying work schedules and having friends scattered across time zones. But today I had lots of fun with hiking alone and I really enjoyed meeting this dog/owner at the top. Stopped on the drive home at Cold Hollow for a maple creemee. #Vermonster
