It is to filter results by relays. So you can disabled some relays when you’re about or searching for something.

I’m a photographer and look at a lot of photos on #nostr.
Often I zoom into an image to look at details. But when I do this and then try and scroll around, when zoomed in, the image zooms back out again.
You guys probably already know this and are fixing it but just thought I would let you know. 👍❤️
