Can someone please address this for me? Lets pretend a node costs $1000 USD, and lets pretend there are 20,000 running nodes.
Why cant someone purchase 60,000 nodes and run software that 51% attacks BTC. At a cost of $60M USD.??
Its a good question, so clever how the protocol works, making it so resistant. I'm yet to see how an attack vector will evolve over time. Layers ontop that become dominant that cause it to breakdown? High fees in the future? Still not clear that anything substantial will happen to cause Bitcoin to fail, that a soft fork can't fix. A hard fork to solve quantum computing issue is probably the most vulnerable issue and this isn't an issue untill many years into the future. The only thing I'm nervous about is protecting your privacy when using bitcoin, but there are steps that can be taken if need to stay completely anonymous.
Bitcoin is pretty solid really.

I used to drink about 8 cups coffee / day. I went cold turkey, it was horrible for about 2 weeks. Marching up and down the bedroom house at 3am, like a proper addict. Scary.
But I don't drink any tea or coffee now.
Since giving it up, I've drank tea coffee again occasionally (twice last year). I enjoyed it, but I didn't feel the need to keep drinking it, and stayed "water total".
Personally better mood now without caffeine (no extreme ups and downs) and general health too (once you get over the line).
Hang in there, it's worth it.

You can use a Bolt card in 2 ways, either, as you say, pre-load it with Sats to gift. Or you can link it to your CoinCorner account and spend your balance on the exchange.
Yes, you can spend it anywhere that takes Bitcoin, either with a Bitcoin PoS terminal or a wallet that supports NFC payments.
But it is Bitcoin only, so you can't use it as a Visa / Mastercard alternative.
For Visa / Mastercard payments I use several options, but the easiest is Revolut, which apart from having a regular debit card, also has a Crypto debit card which will convert your Bitcoin on the fly for fiat as you tap it at a regular VISA / Mastercard transaction by setting it up in Apple or Android pay.
BTW: This is a Bitcoin only POS terminal I used at nostr:npub1kwnqcmc698gyvjngr724fhl3ntxsystyp6mr6muxh372q6vkln7sqjttzv earlier this year in Bedford.

I've just had a look into boltcard, so its a preloaded debit card, and the transactions occur over lightning. Is that right?

UK process is similar. Finding land where you can get planning permission isn't straight forward. Possibly a property that needs to be demolished might be an option too. Building / construction is 6-12 months. But finding the right property/ land is the tricky bit.
