Burn the boats; there’s no turning back. Blue check disrespecter.

If you don’t know, now you know.

I’m trying to make my life more analog and ensure I’m enjoying meatspace. Here’s my goal for the rest of the year.

Keeping:

Nostr as there’s too much signal, though I will try to be cognizant of the time I spend here, though. Goal is to primarily use Nostr while at the treadmill desk (as I am right now).

nostr:npub1q9pehypl9gg8u9ry305eg35amzm9t2r3r9f820p2sem3ffgn23hqj0vcqf daily as it helps productivity, exercise, and general mood.

Eliminating:

Mindless internet scrolling.

Streaming (while on the couch or in bed)

Exception:

Streaming will be allowed when I’m on the treadmill or spin bike. This ensures that I’m “earning” it and puts natural time limits on how much time I give to the screen.

Less time spent on screens should result in more time “present” with my family and allow me to get through a bunch of books, which I enjoy but don’t make enough time for.

Any other tips?

Read the signal you want to see in the world.

When most tell their bitcoin origin stories, they recount how it took multiple touch points for them to understand and see value in bitcoin.

There are bitcoiners out there today that know of nostr and are making that same mistake. They’re opting to stay on X. They’re waiting for the third, fourth, fifth touch point.

They’re making the same mistake. Mistakes are ok, so long as you don’t repeat them. Everyone gets an npub when they’re ready. 🤙🏻

#grownostr

Because they’ve yet to be booted from Substack.

In due course.

Some people buy domains for fun projects or business ideas. I buy domains because of NIP-05.
