Aside from alpaca, wool hi king socks, one of my favorites is, dewalt socks from Home Depot. They are very cozy.

Love socks, but not enough. Gets too cold here for their little feet. I do wear socks and crocs in the winter to walk a couple blocks to the butcher 😂

So, if I cook the outside of the steak and keep the inside medium rare (~90% of the volume) I get best of both worlds? 😜
