REPORT: A man matching the name and description of the terror suspect accused of plowing through a crowd in New Orleans, shared a video introducing himself four years ago on YouTube.
42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar is accused of carrying out the attack.
In a video uploaded to YouTube, "Shamsud-Din Jabbar" introduced himself as a property manager.
"I'm Shamsud-Din Jabbar, Team Lead for the Midas Group and Property Manager at Blue Meadow Properties," the YouTube video says.
Local news reports say an ISIS flag was found in the truck.
