Hi, I’m Manuel – Athletic Performance Coach, health nerd, and full-time dad of three energetic boys (yes, I’m always outnumbered).

For nearly 20 years, I’ve been helping elite and youth athletes get faster, stronger, and more resilient – from football fields to basketball courts, hockey pitches to golf courses.

Currently, I’m Head of Athletic Performance at Golf Club St. Leon-Rot, where I oversee the development of 300+ athletes, aged 8 to adult professionals. My approach? Science-backed, results-driven, and always a bit fun.

I’m also diving deep into functional medicine and training to become a certified naturopath – because I believe performance starts at the cellular level, not just in the gym.

I blend movement science, philosophy, and a touch of curiosity to coach both top-level athletes and everyday humans toward their full potential. Also, I take my coffee very seriously.
