He is a specialist in my area were i live. I would talk to your main doctor about it because they can look for a specialist. I go though a program that's why I have a specialist and my insurance pays for it
So my doctor updose my medication to help me with my depression and anxiety and he also did it because i been seeing my x girlfriend in dreams and like a ghost of her next to me abusing me. And the medication has been helping and now it gotten so much better. I want to thank my specialist doctor because he is a amazing person and a very nice person who has been helping me the stuff I been going though. Big thank you to him great person he is.

I just got to ignore the haters and focus on the good comments. If people are rude to me I will block them or mute them because im a good and caring and strong person and I will stand up for myself. If people unfollow me for no reason then I will unfollow you back because im not gonna put up with it and I'm gonna stand up for myself. I'm a good person. The old saying is you loose 2 friends today you pick up 6 more tomorrow.
I would like to take this time to talk guys. I will make things right for me and I do see a specialist and I do go though rehab because of my mental. But I got to forget about the past and move on. Lately I been mean to people and yes I did realize what I did wrong and yes it was wrong of me to do that. That's why I'm gonna take some time off from streaming and work out my mental with my specialist so I can start feeling better. My body has been telling me that something is not right. So I just want you guys to understand what I had to go through and I just want people to understand that I have a disability and I don't mean to say mean stuff to people. What I did was wrong of me and now im gonna work on that to make things better. I will be taking some time off. And I won't be watching other people streams because I want to get my mental all taken care of so I can start feeling a lot better. I will probably get a new medication and upgrade my medication to see if it helps me feel a lot better. So I won't be watching other people streams and I'm gonna take some time off to heal because that is important to me is my health.
