#nostr I been starting to feel a lot better because I been reading the Bible and going to church with my sister every Sunday and God has helped me feel a lot better. I got the holy spirit in me and that is making me feel a lot better. I'm so proud of myself because god has helped me change my life. My depression has gone away and I don't get very emotional very much no more. Going to church with my sister helps me a lot and I have a good time with her. Me and her went to the same school together and that's how I met my worker and now i have a good time with my sister

Had a good day with my sister today. We watched a movie together and we been spending time together and went to take her daughter to the doctors.

#nostr My mental health is starting to do a lot better because I'm not depressed has much and I don't get very emotional very much because god has helped me and my specialist doctor has been helping me and church has help me to and going to church with my sister is so much fun

i believe in freedom of speech and Facebook and instagram and threads are censoring people for no reason and that is not right. My sister has been in the Air Force for a long time and she on releve. We got to protect freedom of speech.
