É hoje, lá na rede do passarinho do cara do foguete de ré!

Hey! Today I did the show through zap.stream and it worked very well!
I got the HLS from Kick's feed and some of my community members went there to try.
Feedbacks where positive, mainly because the possibility of giving zaps. The link was a little unstable, showing on and offline sometimes. One member reported the stream was showing faster than in Kick!
In general, I liked the experience and by seeing some sats dripping in my wallet.
Very cool job man!! Congrats and thanks for the platform.
Tomorrow I will have another session over there😉If you want me to test any specific part of it, just let me know!
This article is for everyone :) nostr:note1q7ppe4908ga3t7mv8eu4ynj0zkzz7yffelkhftum2nhp28nnaanqz3ys5p
Uncovering the Shocking Truth: The Hidden Risks of Staking Ether Revealed
- "Why aren't you staking all of your ether Like why haven't you just aped all the way in"
- "Hm I think part of the reason is that when you make the sausage you know how it's made"
Easy hm? 🤷♂️🤦♂️
I'll try it tomorrow during the Morning Crypto 😄
"... maybe decentralization is only a bootstrapping mechanism to gain credible neutrality [...] then maybe we just need decentralization for the memes..." - Justin Drake (Ethereum researcher)
https://twitter.com/eddieoz/status/1675472101912768517
Transcription:
"And then another kind of question that I've been wondering is what is the value of decentralization because there is one possible scenario which is that we lose decentralization with restaking, but it doesn't actually matter.
And maybe decentralization is only a bootstrapping mechanism to gain credible neutrality up until the point where we basically have technology, we have systems that don't rely so much on decentralization of the operators specifically.
We still need decentralization of the nodes, but if the operators are basically handcuffed, they can't do censorship because we have inclusion lists, and they can't do any of the other bad stuff.
Then maybe we only need decentralization for the memes because it kind of looks good. But once we've won, once Ethereum is a $100 trillion settlement layer for the incentive value, then maybe the value of decentralization goes down a little bit".

Today I was giving a class for 40+ students of a fellowship in Ghana (from GhanaSig) about blockchain and governance.
As a practical exercise, I asked them to install nostr:npub1earna05hx6ax38r33h3atmecjzdu547m8suw87w70aw6mlyga4hsqcja5j to send them a few sats to experience LN for the first time.
Unfortunately, we discovered there's no access to ZBD in Ghana. I didn't understand exactly if it was unavailable or blocked, but the students said it was blocked over there (!).
Then I asked them to try nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq, and it worked.
The class was successful, and the young future decision-makers of Ghana are more prepared to handle Bitcoin and its benefits as a transparent and decentralised public network 😄
nostr:npub1rvg76s0gz535txd9ypg2dfqv0x7a80ar6e096j3v343xdxyrt4ksmkxrck pls, could you take a look at the availability of Zebedee in Ghana?
Every day I present it as a reference during the Morning Crypto show and it is ok for all the countries the audience tried, but today I was unable to introduce it during the class in Ghana.

What OPNX and 3AC Ventures are to FTX and Alameda is not a mere coincidence.
Just need to take care because at some point twitter changed the terms to ban any promotion of another platforms (and they listed nostr explicitly there)
I know it was removed after, but it would be interesting to check their terms before doing it or promoting a mob for doing that :)
N.O.I.A.
Network: The "N" in N.O.I.A. represents "Network." Bitcoin node runners are an integral part of the decentralized network that powers Bitcoin. They contribute to the strength and security of the network by running full nodes, which maintain a copy of the entire blockchain and help verify transactions. The Network aspect highlights the interconnectedness and collaborative nature of Bitcoin node runners.
Operator: The "O" in N.O.I.A. stands for "Operator." Bitcoin node runners are the operators of the nodes. They actively manage and maintain the software and hardware required to run the nodes, ensuring the smooth functioning of the network. The Operator component emphasizes the technical expertise and responsibility associated with being a Bitcoin node runner.
Innovator: The "I" in N.O.I.A. represents "Innovator." Bitcoin node runners are at the forefront of innovation in the blockchain space. They contribute to the advancement and development of the Bitcoin ecosystem by participating in the network and exploring new possibilities. The Innovator aspect reflects their role in pushing the boundaries of technology and driving progress in the crypto industry.
Advocate: The "A" in N.O.I.A. signifies "Advocate." Bitcoin node runners are passionate advocates for the principles of decentralization, privacy, and financial sovereignty. By running nodes, they help to maintain a robust and censorship-resistant network, promoting the values that underpin Bitcoin's philosophy. The Advocate component highlights their dedication to empowering individuals and supporting the broader adoption of Bitcoin.
By combining Network, Operator, Innovator, and Advocate, the acronym N.O.I.A. reflects the multifaceted role and significance of Bitcoin node runners in the Bitcoin ecosystem. It captures their involvement in maintaining the network, their technical expertise and innovation, as well as their advocacy for decentralization and financial freedom.
